Parts and Service Warranty
 

WARRANTY:  Except as hereinafter  provided, the labor and parts sold by MYERS, Inc. in connection with the service order invoice are warranted by MYERS, Inc., 801 East Cedar Ave., Gladwin, MI 48624, to the original customer named thereon (and only to said customer) under normal use and service, (1) for a period of  (6) months after date of service or (2) before the  vehicle described on the service order invoice has been driven six thousand (6000) miles in addition to the stated mileage, whichever shall occur first.  Some part manufacturers provide extended warranty  on their product and MYERS, Inc. will honor those warranties when it is to the customer’s advantage (parts purchased from MYERS, Inc. with proof of purchase).
 

REMEDY: If conditions stated below are met, during the warranty period (6 months/6000 miles) MYERS, Inc. will make, with reasonable promptness, (subject to parts availability) any repairs or replacements that may be necessary to properly perform  the work and provide the replacement parts indicated on the service order invoice at no cost to the customer.

 

CONDITIONS: As a condition to the Remedy set out above, the customer must deliver said vehicle to the Service Department of MYERS, Inc. at the above address during its normal service business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday—Friday or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday).

 

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not cover or extend to towing charges, car rental, lodging, lost wages, interruption in vacation and business trips or charges made by any person other than MYERS, Inc.

This warranty does not cover or extend to any repairs or replacements made necessary by misuse, abuse, negligence, or neglect or cause other than normal use and service of the vehicle.
